Based in Richmond, VA, Cosmic Bartenders is a wedding bar and beverage service. We offer top-tier mobile bartending services for your special day and serve Central Virginia, Coastal Virginia and surrounding states. We specialize in unique cocktails and mocktails, blending passion, fun, and flawless service. Packages range from two signature cocktails to premium options with multiple cocktails, unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks.

At Cosmic Bartenders we are Fully insured and TIPS-certified and we adhere to Virginia’s ABC laws and do not provide alcohol. However, we simplify the process with a detailed shopping list and the option to pick up and transport your event’s alcohol to the venue.

Starting at $850+ for 4 hours

We provide the package service and we offer convenient add-ons.
This package includes:
● 30-min Phone Consultation
● 4 hours of service for up to 75 guests
● Insurance
● 1-hour bar set-up/breakdown (Last call is 30 minute prior to end of event)
● General bartending tools and decor table(s) (if necessary)
● Beer and Wine service
● 2 Signature Cocktail Menu
● 1 TABC Certified Bar Staff

 Bar Service Gold Package

Starting at $1000+ for 4 hours

We provide the package service and we offer convenient add-ons.
This package includes:

● 4 hours of service for up to 100-150 guests
● Insurance
● 3 Signature Cocktail Menu
● 1-hour bar set-up/breakdown (Last call is 30 minute prior to end of event)
● General bartending tools and decor
● Table(s) (if necessary)
● 2 TABC Certified Bar Staff

Guest counts over 100 will require additional staffing.

Bar Service Platinum Package

Starting at $2000+ for 4 hours

We provide the package service and we offer convenient add-ons.
This package includes:
● 30-min Phone Consultation
● 4 hours of service for up to 150-250 guests
● Insurance
● 1-hour bar set-up/breakdown (Last call is 30 minute prior to end of event)
